to start calling FSBOs effectively. Remember, keep your
FSBO Journal out with a pen, your Power List, and some
FSBO mailing packages ready to be addressed, stamped,
and handed to your mailperson for a speedy delivery. You
must try to be the best and the most aggressive agent in the
