Over the years I have traded an array of products, including equities,
futures, commodities, precious metals, energy and fuels, exchange-traded
funds (ETFs), options, and other financial products. In so doing, I have
learned a great deal about Wall Street. I know that time, key numbers, and
market indicators are important to any successful strategy. I also know that
the art of trading consists of mastering many skills. It is necessary to have a
strategy that works and to execute that strategy correctly. It is also impor-
tant to control risk, stay emotionally balanced, and exercise good money
management. The remainder of the book will deal with these various as-
pects of trading.
