Wade and his wife, actress Gabri-
elle Union, are listing their Los
Angeles home for $6.2 million.
The roughly 8,500-square-foot
contemporary Mediterranean-style
property sits on
a promontory in
the Sherman
Oaks neighbor-
hood of the San
Fernando Valley,
a popular area
with affluent
families. It has
180-degree views
of the surround-
ing canyon, according to the listing.
Accessible via a private road,
the five-bedroom property has
three levels connected via a spiral
staircase. Outside, there is an in-
finity-edge swimming pool, a
kitchen with a pizza oven and a
lounging swing, the listing shows.
Mr. Wade and Ms. Union bought
the house in 2018 for just under
$6 million.
Recently, a trust tied to the cou-
ple spent about $17.9 million on a
much larger home in the Hidden
Hills community near Calabasas,
