Every week in March, our bases will be loaded with three of Van Metre’s move-in ready homes

at Birchwood. Visit each of the featured homes and head to home plate at the Flats Sales Center

to be entered to win prizes. Prizes include a flat screen TV, tickets to a Nationals® game,
