The object of this suit is to fully and
completely terminate all residual
parental rights of DEDRIC CAR-
RAWAY, with respect to Daveon Car-
raway and Delonte Carraway,minor
children, and based on an affidavits
filed herein, the Court finds that
there exists sufficient grounds for
cause and service by process by
publication. DEDRIC CARRAWAYis
hereby notified that his failure to
appear on the hereinafter noticed
date and time may result in the
entry of an Order terminating his
residual parental rights with respect
to said minor children. DEDRIC CAR-
RAWAYishereby further notified
that if his residual parental rights,
if any,with respect to said minor
children are terminated, he will no
longer have any legal rights with
respect to said minor children,
including, but not limited to,the
right to visit with said minor chil-
dren or to have any authority with
respect to the care and supervision
of said minor children. Further,
DEDRIC CARRAWAYwill have no
right to make health related deci-
sions or determine the religious
affiliation of the minor children. Fur-
ther,DEDRIC CARRAWAYwill have
no legal and/or financial obligations
with respect to said minor children.
Further,asaresult of the termina-
tion of DEDRIC CARRAWAY'S resid-
ual parental rights,the Frederick
County Department of Social Ser-
vices may be granted the authori-
ty to place said minor children for
adoption and consent to the adop-
tion of said minor children.
This Order of Publication shall run in
the Washington Post onceaweek
for four successive weeks.
This notice by Order of Publication
is being provided pursuant to §
16.1-283.A., Code of Virginia, 1950,
as amended. It is ORDERED that
