a simple bowl of olives to more hearty, protein-heavy dishes. For this dinner party,
I’ve included my favorite tapas dishes, all done simply and deliciously gluten-free with
authentic flavors like sherry, smoked paprika, and garlic. In the timeline, I’ll show you
when to prep everything to keep the tapas flowing without keeping you tied to the
stove. Each recipe makes enough for 6 tapas-size portions, but this menu
