Passover Seder
ServeS 6
Passover celebrates the Exodus of the Israelites from slavery in ancient Egypt.
It is said that the Israelites fled Egypt in such a hurry that they didn’t wait for their
bread to rise, and made unleavened bread instead. Today, matzo, an unleavened
cracker-like bread, is still eaten on Passover. This menu includes a fantastic g-free
matzo and some other traditional foods with a great twist. Since this menu includes
brisket, I’ve also included only sides and accompaniments that are dairy-free
and pareve (meat- and dairy-free) in keeping with the kosher tradition.
