Christmas Dinner
ServeS 6
My family always served the big Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve, and we always
had roast beef. Here, I up the ante with a beef tenderloin recipe served with a luxurious
caramelized onion and fig jam. The easy dinner rolls are not to be missed: they mix
up in one bowl and require no kneading or rising. Save room for the caramel-y sticky
toffee pudding, and if you simply can’t take another bite, enjoy the apple cake in
the morning. It’s perfect with coffee and will make a great addition
to your breakfast table.
