evolves, so does our approach to the
product formats we provide.

THC

  • THC is responsible for
    the intoxicating effects of
    cannabis¹

  • THC dominant products may
    be helpful when experiencing
    sleep disturbances, nausea and
    vomiting, or pain²
    CBD

  • CBD is non-intoxicating,
    so you won’t feel ‘high’¹

  • CBD dominant products
    may be helpful for relieving
    pain and inflammation,
    managing epileptic seizures,
    and combating stress2,3
    THC:CBD Balanced

  • THC and CBD are found in
    equal amounts, CBD may
    help reduce some of the
    unwanted effects associated
    with THC 1,4.

  • Balanced products may be
    helpful when experiencing neuropathic
    pain, cancer pain, or spasticity².

Choosing The Right Product
When selecting a medical cannabis product, focus on the
cannabinoid content (THC and CBD) and the product format
(dried flower, activated oil, softgel, concentrates or edibles).

Cannabinoid Content
Cannabinoids are the active chemical compounds that
contribute to the effects of cannabis. The two most common
are THC and CBD.

Terpenes
Terpenes are the aromatic compounds that gives cannabis its
distinct smell and flavor. They’re also thought to work with
cannabinoids in what’s known as the ‘entourage effect’, giving
each strain its unique characteristics⁵.
Emerging research shows that certain terpenes may also
provide their own effects, such as relaxation or stress relief,
energizing and uplifting feelings5,6.
