SHARING SLUMBER
It was a relief to read your article about
how to get a good night’s sleep (December
issue). Both my husband and I have been
struggling to sleep, so I shared the ideas
with him and we realised we were looking
at social media and emails too late at night.
We’ve made a pact to put away our
phones by 9pm. I even ran him a lavender
bath and have bought magnesium
supplements. We have finally found
uninterrupted, deep sleep again.Sarah
