Coarselygrate350gkohlrabiand200gorangesweetpotato;
placeina bowlwith¼cup(40g)brownriceflour,3 thinlysliced
greenonions,⅓cupchoppedfreshcorianderand¼cup(35g)
LSA(linseed,sesameseedsandalmondmix).Add3 eggwhites
combinedwith1 tablespoonwater;stiruntilwellcombined.Season.
Dividemixtureinto8 portions.Heat1 tablespoonoilina non-stick
fryingpanovermediumheat.Cookhalfthefrittersfor2 minutes
oneachside untilgoldenandcookedthrough.Drainonpaper
towel. Repeat with another tablespoon of oil and remaining fritters.

Coarselygrate3 medium(360g)zucchiniand3 medium(360g)
carrots;squeezeoutexcessliquid.Pressbetweensheetsofpaper
toweluntildry.Combinewith2 thinlyslicedgreenonions,
2 tablespoonseachcoarselychoppeddillandflat-leafparsley,
200gcrumbledfetta,1½teaspoonsgroundcumin,¾cup(105g)
plainflourand3 lightlybeateneggsina largebowl;season.
Shape½-cupfulsmixtureintofritters.Heat¼cup(60ml)oilin
a fryingpanovermediumheat.Shallow-fryfritters,inbatches,
for 3 minutes on each side until browned. Drain on paper towel.

Gettingthelittliestoeattheirvegwillbea breeze withthesefabulousfritters.
Crisp on the outside and squishy in the centre, they will become family favourites.
