400gcannedchickpeas,drained,rinsed
¼ cup(70g)tahinipaste
2 tablespoonswhite(shiro)miso
1 teaspoongroundcoriander
1 clovegarlic,crushed
2 tablespoonslemonjuice
2 tablespoonsextravirgin olive oil
