Stratigraphically ordered dated depths have been modelled using a Bayesian age–depth model (the P_Sequence of OxCal v.4.3). The modelled ages for samples BANR17-UE1-53 and
BANR17-UE1-64 have been calculated using the Date command. Code is available in the Supplementary Information.
