STITCH COUNT 146 high x 136 wide

DESIGN AREA 14 HPI (28-count evenweave) –
26.5x24.5cm (10½x9¾in)

STITCHED BY Angela Griffin

This design was stitched using DMC stranded cotton on
28-count evenweave over two threads of the fabric

“With such a large

key, I recommend

getting all your

threads pre-

sorted and being

as organised as

possible while you

work. It will make

this project even

more of a joy!”

Zeena Moolla, Editor

Lily of the valley

I think this is one of the

prettiest-looking flowers,

and I love the delicate

scent of them, too.

Yellow French knots add

a bit of extra detail, and

to define their dainty

bell-shaped petals I’ve

used a single strand of

backstitch in grey cotton.

Framing perfection

Choosing the right frame can be tricky, which is why

I am just so thrilled with this frame as it’s absolutely

spot-on. The colours are a perfect match for the

greens and browns in the meadow foliage, and the

classic finish really suits the style of the piece.
