journalist with more
than 20 years’ experience
for dozens of print and
online outlets, including
Variety, The Hollywood
Reporter, Birth.Movies.
Death, and Nerdist. An
obsessive soundtrack
collector, sneaker aficio-
nado, and member of the
Los Angeles Film Critics
Association, Todd cur-
rently lives in Silverlake,
California with his amaz-
ing wife Julie, two cats
Beatrix and Biscuit, and
several thousand books,
vinyl records and Blu-

GREG GILMAN is the
singer-songwriter behind
L.A.-based rock band
Greg in Good Company,
as well as a freelance
journalist, who spent
nearly a decade writing
about the entertainment
industry at multiple
publications, including
TheWrap. Additionally,
he’s a screenwriter who
has sold two projects. His
most recent horror spec,
Monsters, was a Top 10
finalist in Final Draft’s
2019 Big Break screen-
play competition.

GRAHAM SWON is an inde-
pendent filmmaker and
producer. He has produced
films by Matías Piñeiro,
Dan Sallitt, and Ricky
D’Ambrose, among others.
His first feature as writer/
director, The World is
Full of Secrets, premiered
in 2018. His work has
appeared in festivals all
over the world, including
Berlinale, Locarno, and
New York Film Festival.
He previously worked in
film distribution, manag-
ing theatrical sales at
The Cinema Guild and
Kino Lorber, and currently
divides his time between
a remote country house
in Fairfield, Iowa and a
rundown apartment in
Brooklyn, New York. Read

Raised in the desert
of Phoenix, Arizona and
now living among the
trees in Portland, Oregon,
VICTOR BIZAR GÓMEZ is
an illustrator and painter
who is doing all he can to
continue existing. Work-
ing primarily in gouache,
graphite, ink and digital
media, his work involves
mixing urban world ico-
nography, dreamlike sur-
realism, stylized figures,
and social consciousness
to create interesting visu-
als and narratives. Gómez
graduated from Pacific
Northwest College of Art
with a BFA in Illustra-
tion in 2018. Check out
his illustration on our
cover.

JOI MCMILLON is an
award-winning editor best
known for her work on
Barry Jenkins’ critically ac-
claimed feature Moonlight,
winner of the Academy
Award for Best Picture.
McMillon’s work on the
film earned her place in
history as the first black
female nominated for an
Academy Award for Best
Achievement in Film Edit-
ing. Zola marks McMillon’s
third collaboration with
the immensely talented
Janicza Bravo. Currently,
McMillon serves as lead
editor on Jenkins‘ latest
project The Underground
Railroad, a limited series
adaptation of Colson
Whitehead’s Pulitzer Prize-
winning novel for Amazon.
