Shape raglan
Loosely cast off 3[3:4:4:5] sts at beg of
next 2 rows. 62[68:70:74:78] sts.
Place patt for raglan edging as foll:
Row 1: (K1, TW2) twice, p to last 6 sts,
(TW2, k1) twice.
Row 2: K1, p5, k to last 6 sts, p5, k1.
Row 3: K2, TW3, k1, p to last 6 sts, k1,
TW3, k2.
Row 4: As row 2.
These 4 rows set 4-row patt for raglan
edging which should be repeated
throughout and will be referred to as
“patt 6”.
Cont shaping raglan as foll:
Row 1: Patt 6, p1, p2tog tbl, p to last 9 sts,
p2tog, p1, patt 6.
Row 2: Patt 6, k to last 6 sts, patt 6.
Row 3: Patt 6, p to last 6 sts, patt 6.
Row 4: As row 2.
Rep last 4 rows 1[0:1:0:1] more time.

Now rep rows 1-2 only until 16 sts rem,
ending after row 2.
Slip sts on to an odd length of yarn
and leave.
NECKBAND
Join raglan shapings.
Using set of 4mm needles and with RS
facing, k32[35:38:41:42] Back neck sts, dec
3[3:5:6:7] sts evenly across, k16 sts of left
Sleeve dec 2 sts evenly across, pick up and
k10[12:13:13:15] sts evenly down left side of
neck, k22[25:28:31:32] Front neck sts dec
3[3:3:4:5] sts evenly across, pick up and
k10[12:13:13:15] sts evenly up right side of
neck, finally k16 sts of right Sleeve dec
2 sts evenly across. 96[106:112:116:120] sts.
Work 12 rnds in (k1, p1) rib.
Loosely cast off in rib.
TO FINISH
Fold Neckband in half to WS and neatly
hem in place.
Join side and Sleeve seams.
