Lighter Skin Tones Medium Skin Tones Darker Skin Tones
While it might seem counterintuitive, a
gray-toned bronzer is often best for fair
skin. Warm tones can turn pale skin orange
Choosing bronzer is a little more straight-
forward for medium tones. Shades that
mimic the warmth of the sun are your best
bet. “Look for yellow, orange, and peachy
undertones,” Sheriff recommends.

to give her clients a natural-looking sun kiss. This year, finally,
bronzers are launching that complement a wider range of skin
tones. “What really matters is the undertone,” says Priscilla Ono,
who helped develop Fenty Beauty’s eight inclusive shades of
matte powder bronzers (RiRi wears the one called Bajan Gyal),
which sync up with the brand’s famed 50 foundation and con-
cealer shades. Below, learn how to find your best match.
