hen designing the Piper 27, Trend
Connection Homes wanted to ensure it
catered to the way the modern family
lives today, but also how they will be
living as the children grow and their
lifestyle needs change. Offering restful
spaces and an open, easy-fl owing fl oor
plan, the home has multiple living areas
that are perfect for a growing family.
The Piper 27 also makes a strong fi rst impression. “Walking
through the 1200mm front door, you are immediately
enveloped by a feeling of warmth and a sense of calm due to
the timber-look fl oor tiles and classic striped wallpaper that
continues through to the living area,” says Joanne Zomaya,
Trend Connection’s Interior Decorator.
