Press the rows and then join them

vertically to complete your quilt top.

Press your completed quilt

top well.

Baste your backing, wadding and

quilt top (with the wrong side of

your quilt top and backing touching the

wadding in the middle).

Quilt as desired and then trim

away any excess wadding

and backing.

To make the binding, you will

need the fi ve 2½" x WOF strips,

joining together along the short side.

Once joined all together, fold

in half lengthways, wrong sides

together and press.

Attach the binding by lining

up the raw edge of the binding to

the raw edge of the front side of the

quilt and sew all the way around using a

¼" seam allowance.

When you come to the end, trim

down excess binding and join the

two binding ends together. Fold the

binding over to the back of the quilt and

hand-stitch in place to fi nish.
