working in batches of two. If you saved the
doughnut holes, fry them now until golden
brown, 1-2 minutes, then drain.
11 While the doughnuts are hot, drizzle
the glaze evenly over them,
letting the excess drip off,
then let cool completely to


allow the glaze to set, about 15 minutes.
Res t 1 cherr y in the c entre of each.
Toss any extra glaze with the doughnut
holes until coated.
12 Grabbing a skewer with your f inger s,
rotate it in plac e to loosen it f ir s t, then
pull it out from the doughnut. Repeat
with the remaining doughnuts.
Serve within 2 hours.
