There are lots of different ways to cut a cake, but
this is one of the easiest methods, and one of the
best ways to ensure ever yone gets equa l
amounts of cake and frosting. There’s nothing
worse t ha n hav ing just c a ke a nd not enough
yummy frosting! You won’t be cutting the cake
in wedges. Instead, you’ ll be ta k ing a la rge slice
off the side of the cake. Place a chopping board
upright against the slice and use the knife to
guide the cake slice onto the chopping board,
then bring the board down onto your work
surface. Next, proceed to cut the cake into
vertical strips, then cut those in half. Repeat
until the entire cake is cut. Quick and easy!
