courgettesperchedatopwoodencrates,flowersforcutting,and

potagerbyespalieredappletreesis a tinycottagegarden


brimmingwithflowersinsoftshadesofpink,blueandpurple.


Thebedsareseparatedbynarrowpaths,restrictedfurtherby


waywardalchemillaandthecatmint,Nepeta‘Walker’sLow’.‘It’s


justa massoflavenderblueflowersthatthebeeslove,’shesays.


Suecannotimaginea lifewithoutplantstonurture,andstarts
