To enter your details into the Health
app, tap the Edit button in the top right
corner and using the dials, enter the personal
details that have been requested. Tap Done
when you have finished.

You should now repeat the process for
each piece of data you input to the
Health app. If there is anything you don’t know
or would rather not enter, you can leave it
blank. When finished, tap Done.

To make the best use of the Health
app, you need to enter some variable
data; the kind of data where the changes
can be shown in graph form as time goes by.
Tap the Body Measurements link.

Tap the Weight option (for example)
and tap the + icon at top right to
enter your current weight. You can change a
few settings and at the bottom of the screen,
find apps for tracking your weight.

Measurements you’ve identified as
favourites appear at the top of the
Health Data screen. Other items appear in order
of their last update. Tap Today at the foot of the
screen to see today’s measurements.

To set up an iPhone Medical ID
containing any details of medical
conditions that are displayed on your iPhone
Lock screen, tap the Medical ID link. You can
even enter your donor information here.
