Use the Digital Crown or the plus and
minus buttons to set your target, which
in this case is 20 mins. If you’ve done this sort of
workout before, there’s a note telling you which
is the longest of this type of workout you’ve
done to date. When you’re ready press Start.
7
Swipe right during your workout for
options; you can end your workout
prematurely, start a new one, pause it in case
you need to tie your shoelace or fix a flat tyre, or
lock the screen to prevent accidental changes.
8
For workouts measured in distance, you
can choose miles or kilometres. On the
main Workout screen, tap the three-dots icon
shown on your chosen workout. Tap Distance,
then deep press the next screen to get here,
where you can choose your measurements.
9
You can use Siri to set up a workout for
you. All you need to do is say for
example, “Hey Siri, start an outdoor walk of ten
miles” and it’s all done for you. Naturally you can
substitute other workouts or targets too. What a
great way to keep fit!
5
You get a three second countdown and
then you’re off. Cancel the countdown
by tapping the screen if you wish. When
running and walking, you get a haptic buzz
after every mile or km. When cycling you’re
buzzed after every five miles or km.
6
This is what you see on your watch
when you’re on your run. You can tap
the time in the top right corner to toggle
between time, distance and elapsed time.
Swipe the main readout in the bottom of the
screen for info such as calories burned, distance
run and more.
