Given the broader
awareness of mental
health concerns these
days, Double Fine has
talked to mental health
consultants to ensure the
game’s themes are treated
with sensitivity. “We’re
still going into areas that
are not really considered

about,” he says, and for

he says. “I mean, I think
every game Double Fine
makes is a very humanistic
game. We’re sensitive to
the humanity of the
people playing it.”
