NATASHA’S COMMENT
To get started I
wanted to show
Yemi a simple setup to
achieve a tight, elegant,
headshot. For the
background I used a white Colorama paper
roll to compliment my white dress. I had set
up one of my flashheads above me from the
front pointing down at 45º and had a beauty
dish attached to soften the spread of light. I
also had a silver reflector below, also pointed
toward me at 45º, to fill in shadows and stop
the light looking too harsh. I had a second
flash head pointed at the white background
to make this was as bright and clean as
possible and to make sure I stood out.
