THIS IS my go to
camera in and out of
the studio. The Canon
EOS 5D Mark IV feels
like an extension of my
mind. For me, it’s so
intuitive to use and I
love that its solid and
robust enough to cope
with my challenging
and messy shoots.
As well as my
photography, I love to
use the 5D Mark IV for
my video work – the 4K
video quality is
stunning and I’m always
impressed with its
perfect, dreamy,
footage. It’s brilliant for
behind the scenes clips.

so many good reviews,
I invested in the
24-70mm for more
flexibility when
shooting on set. Since
getting the lens back in
early 2019 it has rarely
left my camera. It’s
sometimes hard to
describe when a lens
has just the right mix of
buttery bokeh blur, yet
razor-sharp focus – this

I find this lens to have a
uniqueness to it that I
love to utilize in my
work. I adore using this
lens on lengthier
photoshoots, with
staging and studio
lighting, though it’s also
stunning when working

more of an admin
investment, but it’s
become an invaluable
part of my studio
process. I use the iPad
in two main stages of
my work. Firstly, in my
planning phase, I will
use Photoshop and
create along with the
apple pen to draw up
and sketch from my
ideas. And secondly, I’ll
use it at the final stages
of my editing process,
to add tiny hand drawn
adjustments and

TTL-C triggers

triggers when I’m in the
studio. I mainly use the
Profoto D2 500 AirTTL
flash heads with
various modifiers
attached to control the
flash light. The profoto
triggers I use are the
Canon Air Remote
TTL-C. The kit as a
whole is super easy to
travel with and has
wonderfully consistent
results, plus I can use
the trigger to adapt my
flash settings remotely,
which makes setting up
