EASIER NAVIGATION IN MAPS
When planning a vacation in the Big Sur Maps app, you’ll be able to create new
guides for all of the places you’d like to visit on your trip. Here’s how they’ll work...Create a guide
Click on the “+” icon in the
Maps toolbar and you’ll see the option
to “Create New Guide.” Select this
and the guide will be added to My
Guides in the sidebar.Edit the guide
When you right–click on your
new guide in the sidebar you will see
an option to “Edit Guide.” Select this
and then you’ll be able to add a new
name and key photo to your guide.M

stunning new design that makes it easier

detailed map, a new “Favorites” section
will be added to the top of the sidebar — so
your home, work, and favorite places to eat
out will be just a single click away. You will
also be able to create your own guides to
the places you want to visit (see “Creating
guides in Maps”) and explore cities in
“look around” mode — which looks
amazing on the big screen. You will also
be able to see the journey progress of the
people who share an “ETA” with you and
request new map routes for cyclists that,
just like in the forthcoming iOS 14 update,
will provide directions for two wheels and
display useful elevation info for the terrain
you are covering. Forget plane travel for
a while, Apple’s Bug Sur Maps app lets you
to explore the world in stunning detail
from your desktop.Add places
Explore the area in Maps and
then click on a place to open a handy
info panel. When you click on the “...”
icon in the top–right you’ll be able to
