Using 10mm needles and

thumb method cast on

43 (49, 49, 55, 61, 61) sts.

Row 1: K2, p3, * k3, p3, rep

from * to last 2 sts, k2.

Row 2: P2, * k3, p3, rep from *

to last 5 sts, k3, p2.

These two rows set rib. Work

in rib for 10cm, ending with a

RS row.

For 1st and 4th sizes only

Next Row: Purl to end dec 1 st

in centre of row. 42 (54) sts.

For 2nd and 5th sizes only

Next Row: P (7, 12), p2tog, (p

(15, 16), p2tog) twice, p (6, 11).

(46, 58) sts.

For 3rd and 6th sizes only

Next Row: P (24, 30), inc in

next st purlways, purl to end.

(50, 62) sts.

For all 6 sizes

Change to 12mm needles and

proceed as follows:

Row 1: Knit.

Row 2: Purl.

These two rows will now be

referred to as st-st (stocking

stitch). Working in st-st

throughout, cont until back

measures 43 (45, 50, 51, 55,

55) cm ending with a WS

Shape sleeves

Work 13 rows inc 1st at each

end of next and every foll 4th

row. 50(54, 58, 62, 66, 70) sts

Cont without shaping until

work measures 61(63, 67, 69,

73, 73) cm ending with a WS

Shape Sleeves

Work 2 (2, 2, 6, 6, 4) rows inc 1

st at each end of next and every

Divide for Neck –

For 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th

sizes only

Next Row: K20 (22, 24, 27,

29), k2tog, turn, leave rem 22

(24, 26, 29, 31) sts on a stitch

holder. Working on these

21 (23, 25, 28, 30) sts only,

proceed as follows:

Next Row: Purl.

For 6th size only

Next Row: Inc in 1st st, k29,

k2tog, turn, leave rem 32 sts

on a stitch holder. Working on

these 32 sts only, proceed as
