It’s been delayed until next spring, but this
looks like the most exciting way to explore
all nine episodes of the Star Wars cinematic
saga in an open-world action adventure.
With the trademark Lego humour, it might
even make the prequels fun.

beaches of Normandy again you’re going
behind enemy lines as spies sabotaging
Nazi bases, while anything you get your

Time loops are super-hot right now in
videogames, but none is more intriguing
than this mystery thriller set inside an
apartment viewed from above. It also has
a premier-league Hollywood voice cast,
including Daisy Ridley, James McAvoy and

Stepping out of the shadow
of Batman – and specifically
the crowning achievement
of Rocksteady’s Arkham
trilogy – Gotham Knights
is an exciting new chapter
for the Caped Crusader,
especially given the fact
that he’s apparently dead.
Instead, as Gotham City
descends into chaos and
corruption (as per), it’s up
to sidekicks Robin, Batgirl,
Nightwing and Red Hood to
take up the mantle.
With multiple heroes to
choose from, each with their
own customisable playstyle,
it’s nice to discover this game
will also feature co-op for twoplayers that you can drop in
and out of without affecting
each other’s progress.
The game is set across
Gotham’s five boroughs,
which should also provide
a lot of distinct environments
and situations where our
heroes can rescue citizens
at the mercy of criminals
crawling out of the woodwork,
including the mysterious Courtof Owls, as well as supervillains
like Mr Freeze.
Although WB Games
Montreal made the prequel
Batman: Arkham Origins,
it’s refreshing that Gotham
Knights is not part of the
‘Arkhamverse’, which should
allow the studio freedom to
reimagine Gotham. We’ll be
eager to find out more when
