DELETE UNWANTED LAYERS
Next, we want to find and delete
any layers that we don’t need. In this
example, each artboard has a plain
white background labeled “Color
BG” that we want to delete. So
select Name in the Kind drop-down
menu, type in the name of the layers
you wish to delete (Color BG here),
select all of those layers in the Layers
panel, Right-click on one of the lay-
ers, and choose Delete Layers.

FILTER BY SHAPE
We want to change the color of all
the yellow circles in our artboards to
a color swatch we’ve saved in our
CC Library (it’s always a good idea
to keep brand swatches in your CC
Library for use in other Adobe apps
such as Illustrator or InDesign).
We know that all the circles
are shape layers, so let’s filter for
shapes. Make sure the filter type
drop-down menu is set to Kind,
and then click on the Filter for
Shape Layers icon (just to the right
of the type layer icon). Since the
only shapes in our document are
the circles, it’s easy to select all the
layers, and then in our CC Library
panel, click on the color to which
we want to change the circles.
