easy to drag across concrete and grass despite its pro-

damn near impossible to kink—and we tried folding it

Honda Engine Mower
This mower cruised up hills, thanks to the smooth-
running Honda GCV160 engine, rear-wheel drive,
and Personal Pace system (push the drive bar down
farther to go faster). Moist grass often impedes effec-
tive mulching and bagging; not for this Toro. A blade
accelerator and two kickers pulverize clippings. The
semi-pneumatic tires promise durability, though their
smaller size caused bumping on uneven surfaces. $650
