memberscombiningrunning
withphysicaltasksthathelpthe
localcommunity,foranall-round
workoutandfeelgoodboost.
WHATWOULDI BEDOING?

workoutsinclude‘missionruns’,
whereyouruntohelpa local
olderpersonwitha one-offtask;
‘coachruns’,whereyoucommit
toa regularruntovisitanisolated
olderperson;or‘groupruns’,

certainlocationtohelpwith
a communityproject,suchas
decoratingorgardening.Projects
