will ramp back up across portions of
California. Rain will develop along a
stalled front stretching from the Carolinas
to the Mid-Atlantic. Unseasonable cold
will chill the Northeast underneath a
sunny sky.

Conditions will be noticeably cooler for
many as air from the north begins to
move into the region. Clouds and a few
breaks of sunshine will be overhead, a bit
of rain will spread from the Carolinas to
parts of the southern Allegheny Moun-
tains. Rain will shift farther north into New
England tomorrow.
