MUSICAL artists keep lining up
against President Trump to try to
stop him from playing their tunes
at his rallies. We reported that An-
drew Lloyd Webber’s UK-based
company Really Useful Group
sent a cease-and-desist to Trump’s
campaign over using ALW’s song
“Memory.” We hear that “went ig-
nored.” Now Betty Buckley, who
originated the song in “Cats” in
1982, has her claws out. Buckley
hissed that Trump’s “super-
spreader events” are “exacerbat-
ing the problem” that “is keeping
[Broadway actors] unemployed,”
adding, “By January the utter hell
of your presidency... will be
nothing more than a memory.”

HARVEY Weinstein has given
up any hope of getting out of
prison on bail, his lawyers say, but
still thinks he’ll win an appeal,
which the ex-movie mogul wants
to be “the Sistine Chapel of ap-
peals.” Weinstein’s legal reps be-
gan building his appeal in Febru-
ary, after the disgraced honcho
was convicted on rape charges. But
the appeal was delayed by the pan-
demic. Now Weinstein’s attorney,
Arthur Aidala of Aidala Bertuna
& Kamins, tells Page Six he ex-
pects the appeal to be filed by the
end of this year. Weinstein just lost
a bid to be released on $2 million
bail pending appeal. “He’s come to
grips with the reality of the situa-
tion,” Aidala told us. But Weinstein
is still “pretty optimistic — having
lived through the trial and seen all
the legal improprieties — that he’s
going to be successful on appeal,”
said the attorney, who has not seen
Weinstein in person since March
12, but spoke to him by phone as
recently as Friday. He said Wein-
stein is expecting Aidala’s firm to
“be Michelangelo” and “build the
Sistine Chapel of appeals.” As far
as how Weinstein has adjusted to
life behind bars at Wende Correc-
tional Facility east of Buffalo, Aid-
ala said, “I don’t think he would
mind a change of scenery, but he’s
hanging in.” Harvey’s lawyers will
argue there were issues with the
judge as well as a juror. Weinstein
is also being repped by the firm’s
Imran Ansari.

ALLY Brooke, of Fifth Harmony, made headlines when she revealed that, at 27,
she’s still a virgin. But she exclusively told Page Six that there have been tempta-
tions. “I mean it is a difficult road — especially being a young woman in the enter-
tainment business, you’re surrounded by attractive people,” she said. “I stop the
temptation by killing the mood... It’s like seeing a nice purse in the mall. You really
want to buy it, but you have to save your money. So you walk around the mall thinking
about the purse.” If all else fails, there’s always prayer. “Oh, God, yes. There were times
when I was like, ‘Lord give me the strength to make it through this,’ ” she told us. But she also has a fear of
dying a virgin. “I pray to God like, ‘Please don’t let me die a virgin. Let me meet my husband before that
happens to me and give me a few good years with him.’ ” The former “X Factor” star added she wants to be
married by the time she’s 30. Her memoir “Finding Your Harmony” is out now.

CHRIS Cuomo has taken his no-mask act
on the town.
Spies spotted the CNN anchor hanging at a
downtown private members club, hobnobbing
without a mask and acting like he was the
mayor of the joint.
“He was not social distancing and was walk-
ing around indoors, shaking hands and greet-
ing people without a mask. He was just hang-
ing with Brooke Shields’ husband. It’s a dou-
ble standard when his brother [Gov. Andrew
Cuomo] is attacking the restaurant industry
and implementing all these senseless rules,” a
source told Page Six.
Another source told us Chris was walking

around “acting like he was mayor” when he
wasn’t seated at his table.
Despite advocating for masks on his prime-
time show, Chris has not apparently been
practicing what he preaches.
He’s also reportedly been marching around
his apartment building without a face cover-
ing. Fox News obtained a letter from manage-
ment scolding him for not abiding by the
rules and threatening a $500 fine. It read, in
part, “You have been observed entering and
exiting the building and riding the elevator
without the required face coverings.” It adds,
“Even though staff members have asked you
to comply with this requirement, you have

refused to do so.”
Meanwhile, it appears masks are optional in
the Cuomo household.
In a new interview with Elle, Chris’ wife,
Cristina, said, “When people come in my
house, I leave it up to them whether they want
to wear a mask or not.”
The couple both battled the coronavirus this
year.
Chris has recently said: “We are our own so-
lution... Wearing masks, avoiding crowds,
keeping your distance. It sounds simple, but
we’re not doing it.”
He sure isn’t!
A rep for Chris did not comment.
