I argue that multiple revenue-generating (i.e. revenue maximizing) business practices
administered by IELTS are blatant cases of criminal extortion.

Table 14, overleaf, summarizes these business practices and supports these claims with a
description of the logic that I use to draw these conclusions. I also offer a current primary source
to support all claims.
