Ch a multiple of 10 sts plus 3.
Row 1 (RS): Dc in 4th ch from hk and ea ch across, turn.
Row 2: Ch 5 (counts as dc, ch-2 sp), dc in 1st dc, *sk 2 dc, dc in
next 5 dc, sk 2 dc, [(dc, ch 2) twice, dc] in next dc: rep from *
across to last 11 sts, sk 2 dc, dc in next 5 dc, sk 2, [dc, ch 2, dc] in
top of t-ch, turn.
Row 3: Ch 2, dc in ch-2 sp, ch 2, *dc in next 5 dc, ch 2, dc3tog over
