sp), *sk 1 sc, dc in next sc, ch 4;
rep from * around, sl st to 3rd
ch of t-ch, do not turn—8 dc.

Rnd 3: Ch 1, [sc, hdc, 2 dc, ch 3,
2 dc, hdc, sc] in ea ch-sp around,
sl st to 1st sc, fasten off—32 dc.

Trefoil: Ch 4, sl st in 4th ch, ch 6, sl st in 6th ch, ch 4, sl st in
4th ch.

Picot: Ch 4, sl st in 4th ch.

Make an adjustable ring.

Rnd 1 (RS): Ch 4 (counts as dc, ch 1), [(3 dc, trefoil, 3 dc, ch 1) 3
times, 3 dc, trefoil, 2 dc] in ring, sl st to 3rd ch of t-ch, pull adjust-
able ring closed, do not turn.
