The back and forth of lace and solid rounds makes this flower great
in a larger lace or solid project.


Ch 10, sl st to 1st ch to form a ring.


Rnd 1 (RS): Ch 3 (counts as dc), 23 dc in ring, sl st to top of t-ch,
do not turn—24 dc.


Rnd 2: Ch 1, sc in top of t-ch, ch 2, sk next dc, sc in next dc, ch
3, sk next dc, sc in next dc; rep from
around to last 3 dc, ch 2, sk
next dc, sc in next dc, ch 1, hdc in 1st sc (counts as ch-3 sp), do
not turn—12 ch-sps.


Rnd 3: Ch 4 (counts as dc, ch-1 sp), 3 dc around post of hdc, sc in
next ch-2 sp, [3 dc, ch 1, 3 dc] in next ch-3 sp; rep from
around,
sc in last ch-2 sp, 2 dc in 1st ch-sp, sl st to 3rd ch of t-ch, do not
turn—6 sc.
