Pau(“Non-Settling Defendants,”andtogetherwithSettling
Defendants,“Defendants”).

The lawsuit alleges that the Defendants engaged in
anticompetitiveactsthataffectedthemarket for SSABonds
inviolationofSection1 of the ShermanAct, 15 U.S.C.
§1.Thelawsuit wasbroughtby, andonbehalfof,certain
personsorentities(together, “Persons”)whotransactedin
SSABonds.TheDefendantsdenyanywrongdoing.

Settlements have been reached with each ofthe Settling
Defendants. Plaintiffs’ claims against the Non-Settling
Defendants have been dismissed, and Plaintiffs filed an
appealonSeptember14,2020.TheSettlingDefendantshave
agreedtopay$95.5million(the “SettlementFund”).The
UnitedStatesDistrictCourtfortheSouthernDistrictofNew
York(“Court”)authorized thisnotice.Before anymoney
ispaid,theCourtwillholda hearingtodecidewhetherto
approvethesettlements.Approvalofthesesettlements by
theCourtwillresolvethislawsuitinitsentiretywithrespect
totheSettlingDefendants.

II. WHOIS AMEMBER OFASETTLEMENT
CLASS?
There are three Settlement Classes. Subject to certain
exceptions,theSettlementClassesincludecertainPersons

who, from January 1, 2005 through March 6, 2019,

transactedinSSABondswitha Defendant.

out, you will be eligibleto file a proof of Claim Form. The

amountofyourpaymentwillbedeterminedbya Plan of

Allocation.DetailsaboutthePlanof Allocationareavailable

at http://www.SSABondsAntitrustSettlement.com. A date for

distributionoftheSettlementFundhasnotbeenset.Proof

ofclaimformsmustbesubmittedbyApril16,2021.

MEMBER?

Ifyouarea memberofa SettlementClassanddonotopt

out,youwillreleasecertainlegalrightsagainsttheSettling

Defendants andtheReleased Parties,asexplained in the

detailed notice and settlement agreements, available at

wanttotakepartintheproposedsettlements,youmustopt

outbyFebrurary1, 2021.

You may, but do not have to, object to the proposed

settlements, the Plan of Allocation, or Co-Lead Class

Counsel’s applicationto the Court for an award of attorneys’

fees, expenses,and serviceawardsto the Class Plaintiffs for

representingthe SettlementClasses.To do so, you must file

yourobjectionsbyFebrurary1, 2021.
