Cops investigating the
fatal stairwell stabbing of a
20-year-old Bronx woman
had help from an unlikely
source — the teen sus-
pect’s parents, who made
him turn himself in Friday.
Jaden Davis, 17, of The
Bronx, is charged with
criminally negligent homi-
cide in the Nov. 2 revenge
slaying of Nyla Bond, law-
enforcement sources said.

Davis has admitted in-

volvement in the murder,

sources said.

Two others, a boy and a

girl, both age 15, are

charged in the murder and

being held without bail.

The girl had previously

been in a relationship with

Bond, and planned the at-

tack after blaming Bond for

explicit photos of herself

she learned had been cir-

culating, police have said.

The mortally-stabbed

woman dragged herself

from the stairwell to her

dad’s apartment in the Ma-

combs Road apartment

building before collapsing.

Bond had an 11-month-

old son, Chance, whose

first birthday is this

Thanksgiving, according to

a GoFundMe page.

Stepdad saw news pics

A man suspected in
three Queens attempted
rapes was busted Friday
morning — after his own
stepdad saw his image on
the news and called cops,
officials said.
“I say this all the time,
but in order for us to keep
the city safe we need the
public’s help. I think that
is so big,” Chief of Detect-
ives Rodney Harrison said
Friday.
The suspect, whose
name or age was not re-
leased, is believed to have
first targeted a 20-year-
old woman on 104th
Street near Jamaica Ave-
nue in Richmond Hill at
around 10 a.m. Thursday,
Harrison said.
Cops said the 20-year-
old man allegedly put his
arms around her and
lifted her up while grab-
bing her buttocks. The
perv ran away when the
woman resisted.
Then, at around 12:
p.m. about a mile away,
the man walked up to a 14-
year-old girl who was
chatting with her friend
on FaceTime, lifted her up
and tried to take off her
pants, according to police.
The teen fought back
and managed to get away
to call the police.
A half-hour later, the
man targeted another
woman inside Forest Park,
according to police. The
perv attacked the 24-year-

old while she was on a

trail near Woodhaven

Boulevard and Forest Park

Drive, knocked her to the

ground and pulled off her

pants.

She also fought the man,

escaped and called cops.

Police got “very good

video footage” of the

creep from his attack on

the teen and blasted it out

to the media. The stepfa-

ther saw that clip on the

morning news on Friday

at around 5:30 a.m. and

confronted the man, ac-

cording to Harrison.

“Our perpetrator’s step-

father called, saying that

he saw his stepson on tel-

evision, saying he saw the

video that was shared and

he threw his stepson out

of the house,” Harrison

said.

“We then realized that

our perpetrator had no-

where to go but on the

streets where we were

able to put a lot of resour-

ces... in the area where

these incidents were oc-

curring.”

Bergin, Giuseppe Colicito

and Michael Catanzaro

caught up with the man at

Park Lane South and Myr-

tle Avenue, police said.

“All of our victims have

been notified and we’re

now in the process of be-

ing on some type of con-

firmatory ID to help put

this individual away,” Har-

rison said.
