Billionaire SpaceX and
Tesla founder Elon Musk
said Saturday he probably
has COVID-19.
“Am getting wildly differ-
ent results from different
labs, but most likely I have a
moderate case of COVID,”
the 49-year-old entrepreneur
tweeted Saturday evening.
“My symptoms are that of
a minor cold, which is no
surprise, since a coronavi-
rus is a type of cold.”
The comment came days
after the fifth-wealthiest
man on the planet tweeted,
“Something extremely bo-
gus is going on” regarding
COVID-19 testing.
“Two tests came back
negative, two came back
positive. Same machine,
same test, same nurse,” he
griped.
After media outlets re-
ported he was positive for
the coronavirus, he com-
plained that a headline say-
ing he was negative would
be equally correct.
The news came as the
number of deaths from
COVID in the US neared
250,000.

ers gathered outside Prime
Minister Benjamin Netan-
yahu’s official residence in
Jerusalem on Saturday night
in what has become a weekly
demonstration calling for the
Israeli leader to resign.
The protesters have been
demonstrating for some
five months, saying Netan-
yahu is unfit to lead while
he is on trial for corruption
charges and because of his
handling of the coronavirus
crisis. The pandemic has hit
Israel’s economy hard, and

A former Mrs. New York
and a one-time Mrs. Mon-
tana are locked in an ugly
legal battle.
Alice Lee Giannetta, 37, a
stunning Manhattan attor-
ney with multiple titles un-
der her satin sash, claims
Mrs. World pageant official
Tana Johnson, 44, wrongly
accused her of being a “liar
and a thief ” and misappro-
priating pageant cash.
Giannetta was named Mrs.
New York in 2016, became
Mrs. Hong Kong in 2017, and
was crowned Mrs. World in

  1. The Chinese immi-
    grant to the United States
    was the first Asian woman
to win Mrs. New York and
    the first Chinese woman to
    win the Mrs. World title.
    Johnson, a gorgeous phar-
    macist mother of four, won
    her Montana tiara in 2017
and is now vice president of
    the Mrs. World organization.
    Calling Giannetta a “dis-
    graced ex Mrs. World”
    who’d been “sacked,” John-
son claimed in a May press
    release and Facebook post
    that Giannetta refused to re-
    turn an unspecified amount
of cash she took from spon-
sors while working to set up
    the 2021 Mrs. World compe-
    tition in Sri Lanka.
“If any of you paid monies
    to her for any purported
    Mrs. World related purpose
    — that’s money stolen!”
    Johnson wrote. “She had no
    authorization from Mrs.
    World to accept revenues
    for any reason.”
    The release also railed
    against Giannetta for ques-
    tioning the health of Mrs.
    World founder David Mar-
    mel and slammed her “lack
    of character.” Marmel, 84,
died of cancer on Sept. 1.
    In reality, Giannetta claims
    in court papers, she was
    working closely with Mar-
    mel to bring the competition
to Sri Lanka in 2021 via her
    business contacts in that
    country; had been “clearly
    authorized and licensed” to
do work on Mrs. World’s be-

half, and was even offered
an “ownership percentage”
of the organization.
She sued Johnson, Mrs.
World and Marmel in Cali-
fornia in July, and filed a
new $3 million defamation
and libel case against John-
son in Manhattan last week.
She called herself “one of
the most prolific title hold-
ers in the history of the pag-
eant,” who “tirelessly” did
charity work and promoted
Mrs. World.
Giannetta asserts that it
was Marmel who asked her
to get more involved in the
Mrs. World organization
and said she’s been “irrepa-
rably” harmed by Johnson’s
“malicious” words.
“I would never file a fed-
eral lawsuit unless I was
confident of the truth,” Gi-
annetta told The Post.
“We believe that, at the
end of the day, the allega-
tions will be proved errone-
ous and that the case will be
dismissed,” said Johnson’s
lawyer, Leonard Steiner.

COVID-19 knocked the
Jersey native who penned
the megahit “Rhinestone
Cowboy” out of his saddle.
And now the family of
Newark-born singer-song-
writer Larry Weiss is hop-
ing friends, strangers and
those who’ve enjoyed his

work — including Jersey
icon Bruce Springsteen —
will ride to his rescue.
Weiss became seriously ill
in July after contracting co-
rona from his roommate,
who succumbed to the virus.
The 79-year-old Weiss spent
two months in and out of the

hospital battling high fevers,
low oxygen levels and two
bouts of pneumonia.
“It was a time of reflection,”
Weiss told The Post from
Nashville. “It was a time to
look back at my life and to
think about things that I had
done and could have done.”

Weiss admitted he was
“scared” when rushed to
the hospital on July 29.
Now on the road to well-
ness, Weiss faces mounting
medical bills and a lengthy
rehab. His daughter, Steph-
anie, launched a GoFundMe
campaign on Oct. 19.

Weiss’ Jersey cousin has
tried to enlist the help of
Springsteen — who covered
“Rhinestone Cowboy” last
year. Weiss said he’d “love to
hear” from The Boss, but
“that’s up to him. I’m not
asking him for anything.”
