However, the two biggest announcements
related to tvOS 13 related to viewing and
interactivity. Apple TV is set to support game
controllers made for both the Xbox One and
Sony PlayStation 4, which will likely make
Apple Arcade a more universally playable
experience when it drops later this year. There
was also a hint that 4K movies are coming to
Apple TV+, following the stunning trailer for
Apple’s original show For All Mankind.
Apple stopped short of announcing an official
release date for tvOS 13, although it is likely to
be mid-September, based on previous tvOS
releases. However, if you happen to own an
Apple ID and are currently enrolled on Apple’s
Developer Program (much like the majority of
the 1,000 or so attendees of WWDC 2019), you
