4.1 5 Response time for Hammam Al-aleel (wire) substation
After running the CommView program for 30 minutes, a
statistical report of the SCADA network is recorded and some important
information with percentage values are displayed in charts view, like
packets-protocol, packets-IP protocols, and packets sizes. Figures 4.1 6 ,
4.1 7 , and 4. 18 show packets-protocol is IP v4 with 90.88%, IP v6 is used
by frame ware of access point with 6%, the packets-IP protocol used is
UDP protocol with 90.38% to transfer reading data from substations to
sever, finally packets between 64 and 127 bytes packets-size with 62.56%,
which point to packets size transmitted from each substation to server, the
packets with other size are used for supporting connection between
substations and server.
