Fractions
A fraction is any expression that is written as two quantities in which one is
divided by the other. For example, , , , ,.
There are several things to keep in mind when working with fractions:
Adding fractions
If the denominators are the same(common denominators), add the numerators.

If the denominators are different,convert the fractions to higher terms to give them
the same denominator, then add the fractions together.
