PLURAL POSSESSIVE NOUN:

IRREGUIAR PLURAL POSSESSIVE NOUN:
noun + apostrophe (') + -8
(An irregular plural noun is a plural noun that does
not end in -8: children, men,people, man. See
Chart 6-2, p. 158.)

of Tom is, used in informal writing.
