subject + auxiliary + too
so + auxiliary + subject

Word order:

neither + auxiliary + subject
Note: An affirmative auxiliary is used with
neither.
And is usually not used when there are
two speakers.
(e) and (f) have the same meaning.
(g) and (h) have the same meaning.
Me too and me neither are often used in
informal spoken English.
