    Trustees'Deed in its"AS IS,WHEREIS"condition without recourse,
    warranty,express or implied, as to the nature,conditionor description
    of the Property,equipment,fixtures,orimprovements,and subjectto
    liens, easements,conditions, limitations,reservations,restrictions, and
    covenantsof record,and without any express or impliedcovenants
    or warranty of title,merchantability or fitnessfor aparticular purpose.
    Neitherthe SubstituteTrustees nor their respective agents,successors
