Budweiser Discovery Reserve
American Red Lager
Anheuser-Busch InBev has introduced
Budweiser Discovery Reserve Ameri-
can Red lager, a limited-edition beer
brewed with Voyager malt, to celebrate
the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11
lunar landing. The bottle features 11 stars
to represent the mission and two different
bottle caps recalling the moon and point-
ing toward Mars as a future destination.
The 5% abv Discovery Reserve (pricing
varies by market) is part of Budweiser’s
Reserve Collection, which also includes
Reserve Copper lager and Freedom
Reserve, and is available nationwide in
6- and 12-packs of 12-ounce bottles and

Cape Line
MillerCoors is launching Cape Line, a
collection of three canned sparkling cock-
tails. Available in Strawberry Lemonade,
Blackberry Mojito, and Margarita flavors,
the 4.5% abv RTDs are made from a cane
sugar base and include fruit juice flavor-
ings. Cape Line is available nationwide in
variety 6- ($10) and 12-packs ($16) of
12-ounce slim cans and Strawberry
Lemonade 6-packs ($10). MillerCoors
plans to push the brand with a market-
ing campaign that includes television
commercials and sampling events at

Dogfish Head Slightly Mighty
Milton, Delaware-based Dogfish Head
has released a new low-calorie IPA
called Slightly Mighty. Brewed with
monk fruit to preserve flavor and body,
the beer is 4% abv and each bottle
contains 95 calories. Slightly Mighty
($13 a 6-pack of 12-ounce cans) is avail-
able in 20 states, with expansion

White Claw Pure Hard Seltzer
Chicago-based White Claw Seltzer
Works, part of Mark Anthony Brands,
has debuted the limited-edition Pure
hard seltzer. An RTD take on a Vodka
Soda, it joins White Claw’s existing
Black Cherry, Ruby Grapefruit, Rasp-
berry, and Mango flavors in the lineup.
The 5% abv new entry ($16 a 12-pack
of 12-ounce cans) has 100 calories a

Two Roads Cruise Control
Stratford, Connecticut-based Two Roads
Brewing Co. has launched a new beer.
Cruise Control Helles lager ($10 a 6-pack

a year and is a permanent addition to the
portfolio. It’s available in 14 states and

Pacer Low Proof Seltzer
The Craft Brew Alliance (CBA) is
debuting a new product line developed
by its incubation unit, The pH Experi-
ment. The 2% abv Pacer Low Proof
Seltzer comes in three flavors—Blood
Orange, Meyer Lemon & Lavender, and
Melon & Mint—with each 12-ounce can
containing fewer than 50 calories. Pacer
is rolling out in variety packs ($16 a
12-pack of 12-ounce cans) and Blood
Orange 6-packs ($9) nationwide. For

Oskar Blues Steep Coast Strata
Double IPA
Colorado-based Oskar Blues Brewery
has debuted the first beer in its Steep
Coast Mountain IPA Series, which
highlights experimental hop varieties.
Steep Coast Strata Double IPA ($15 a
4-pack of 16-ounce cans) is made with
Strata, a hop varietal from Oregon State
University’s hop-breeding program. The
8% abv beer is available in select
markets. More beers in the Steep Coast
