ORiAnnE Cevey’s “outra-
geous” claims about ex-husband
Phil Collins’ mental health and
hygiene will be struck from the
former couple’s ongoing lawsuit
over Collins’ Miami estate, a
judge ruled Wednesday. The
Post’s Francesca Bacardi re-
ports that attorneys for the exes
appeared via Zoom to hash out
the “scandalous” allegations
against the “In the Air Tonight”
singer. Collins’ lawyers argued
that the claims — including im-
potence, poor hygiene and men-
tal incompetence — were irrele-
vant to a legal dispute over the
couple’s house, and the judge
agreed to remove them.

FOR Britney Spears’ 39th
birthday, RCA Records posted a
previously unreleased song by
the pop icon, “Swimming in the
Stars.” Recorded as part of
Spears’ most recent project,
2016’s “Glory,” the track was
made available to stream and on
limited-edition vinyl. Spears
(above) sings: “The world is
ours/When we’re swimming in
the stars.” “Glory” was re-re-
leased in May with another ob-
scure tune, “Mood Ring,” which
had been a bonus track in Japan.

COMEDIAN John Mulaney
has revealed he was investigated
by the Secret Service after he
made a controversial Donald
Trump joke on “Saturday Night
Live.” Brainy Mulaney made a
crack comparing Julius Caesar to
the president by saying on a Feb-
ruary episode of the NBC show,
“Leap year began in the year 45 BC
under Julius Caesar... He started
the leap year in order to correct
the calendar, and we still do it to
this day. Another thing that hap-
pened under Julius Caesar was he
was such a powerful maniac that
all the senators grabbed knives
and they stabbed him to death.
That’d be an interesting thing if
we brought that back now.” The
comic then added of the edgy ma-
terial: “I asked my lawyer if I
could make that joke and he said,
‘Lemme call another lawyer.’ And
that lawyer said yes.” But the
crack apparently prompted an in-
terrogation. “I guess they opened
a file on me because of the joke,”
he told Jimmy Kimmel. “And I
have to say, am I stoked there’s a
file open on me? Absolutely. Did I
enjoy it in the moment? Not so
much.” He said he was cleared
after an interview. “In terms of
risk assessment, no one who’s
ever looked at me thought I regis-
tered above a one,” he joked.

Et tu, Mulaney?

COMMOn (above) just
flaunted his abs in People maga-
zine’s Sexiest Man Alive issue,
and he told Tamron Hall that his
girlfriend, Tiffany Haddish, is
part of the reason for his buff
physique — but only part. “Lis-
ten, she contributed to a certain
degree, but only by inspiring...
You have a great partner. You
want to look good... But let’s
face it, I want to be great. I knew I
was going to be seen by a lot of
people... Tiffany wanted to take
the credit. She gets some credit,
but she’s not getting all the
credit,” he quipped. Common
said he appreciated “being cele-
brated as one of the sexiest men,”
but his journey to getting in
shape was actually driven by his
dad, who died of prostate cancer
in 2014. “It made me know that I
have to take care of myself.”

LORETTA Devine — who starred in “Waiting To Exhale” with
Whitney Houston — recalled that the ill-fated singer was excited to star
in a potential sequel to the 1995 hit. “I remember the
last time I spoke to Whitney, she said she [was]
trying to get herself together because we [were]
getting ready to do a ‘Waiting To Exhale Part
2,’ ” Devine exclusively told Page Six. “I talked
to her on the phone and she said, ‘Loretta, I re-
ally want to do this movie, and I’m gonna get it
together.’ ” But, Devine said, “Then all the things
that happened to her did, and we lost her... She
was gone. So it was such a loss, and I feel it every
time I hear her voice. It just devastates me.” Angela
Bassett and Lela Rochon also starred in the original film, based on the
1992 Terry McMillan novel. McMillan published a sequel, “Getting to
Happy,” in 2010 — and Devine has hinted that a follow-up film could
still happen, even after Houston’s death. Houston was found dead in
early 2012. Devine stars in the new thriller “Always and Forever,” cur-
rently streaming.

SOPHiA Cohen — the 27-year-old daugh-
ter of billionaire hedge funder and Mets
owner Steve Cohen — is no longer engaged
to her financier boyfriend Jason Levine, Page
Six has confirmed.
Cohen’s “engagement to Jason Levine ended
in April. She is happy and wishes him well,” a
rep for the family told us when reached for
comment.
Page Six exclusively revealed the news of the
pair’s engagement in August 2019.
A source told us at the time that the couple
“took the quintessential romantic long walk
on the beach and ended up engaged.”
They then toasted the news at a party hosted

by Hollywood scions Sara and Erin Foster at
a Saks-sponsored barbecue at Hero Beach
Club in the Hamptons. Sophia was spotted
showing off a “massive oval diamond ring.”
That ring appears to be back in Levine’s pos-
session. In May, Artnet gossip column Wet Paint
dropped a tidbit that Levine had taken back his
engagement ring, along with “a case of valuable
red wine,” following the suspected split.
Sophia works at top art gallery Gagosian. Le-
vine works for the private equity firm L Cat-
terton. He could not be reached for comment.
It likely would have been a wedding for the
ages: Steve Cohen has an estimated net worth
of $14.1 billion. He recently took over majority

ownership of the Mets, and earlier this year
bankrolled an upstart Hollywood management
firm, Range Media Partners, that poached a
coterie of agents from entertainment’s top
shops, WME, CAA and UTA.
Meanwhile, Steve’s art collection is worth an
estimated $1 billion, and includes the $14.
million Giacometti sculpture “Man Pointing,”
plus the artist’s “Chariot,” for which he paid
more than $100 million.
The Post reported this week that Mets team-
mates are eager to have the billionaire on
board. Pitcher Dellin Betances said, “Players
were excited about Cohen being a longtime
Met fan.”
